Open an Account with Credit
All details on this form must be completed in full. The entire form must be filled out by the person responsible for settling any outstanding account for goods or services supplied by South Lincs Foodservice Ltd. The information provided on this form will be used solely by South Lincs Foodservice Ltd. for credit checking purposes.
Credit terms: Payment is due by the 15th of the month following the invoice date. Orders and prices may be withheld if the account is not settled within our terms. New accounts will require at least 48 hours to be set up after the credit office receives the form. Credit facilities will be activated once trade references have been approved.
